When we started ampersand research we had the simple aim of delivering considered research with a fantastic customer experience.
One of the key ways to check that we are meeting this objective is to get feedback from our clients, suppliers and partners. The feedback we receive let's us know where we currently stand and helps us to improve and ensure we offer the best service going forward.
In addition to speaking to our clients directly, at the end of every project we send out a short survey (well we are researchers!), and ask clients to rate their experience of working with ampersand research on a scale of 1 to 10.
Our current average score is 9.6!

As well as this quantitative measure, we also ask for detailed feedback on what we do well and what we could improve. This additional information really helps us to understand our strengths and areas for improvement. Examples of the positive feedback we have received include:
