It’s been a while since we last wrote a blog / news post – how is it almost the end of May already!? We’ve got some exciting things in the pipeline but thought we would share an update of what has been happening in the wonderful world of ampersand research so far this year!
The first 5 months of 2018 has seen some exciting projects commissioned with a mix of UK & international clients and qualitative & quantitative research.
These have included:
& Providing (or pedalling!) insights to a bike manufacturer
We delved into parents needs and requirements when purchasing bicycles for their children and discovered preferences for colour, style and characters
& Investigating future skills gaps
Employer forums were conducted to help local education institutions understand future needs and requirements of the graduate workforce
& Developing marketing materials
We helped a global education supplier understand how teachers promote qualifications to in order to shape and inform the clients future campaigns and marketing collateral
& Sniffing out preferences
Working with an international client to assess women’s opinions of luxury perfumes
& Tracking brand health
An ongoing piece of research for a leading retailer providing feedback on the client’s core metrics, so they can monitor performance and tweak their strategy as needed
We’ve also been updating our processes and systems to ensure that we are GDPR compliant – thankfully it wasn’t too big a job, but we needed to go through all the steps to ensure we hadn’t missed something!
We are planning some more posts over the next few months, which will include details of our next proprietary research (to add to what we already have on student decision making and apprenticeships), some case studies, and hopefully something a little fun!
