Market Research Advice Clinic at Creatives' Club #14

As part of the next Big House Creatives' Club event we are delighted to be providing a Market Research Advice Clinic.

ampersand research is an award-winning market research agency based in Nottingham. We work with clients to help understand the voice and opinions of customers (past, present and future), employees and stakeholders, competitors and the market to inform business strategy and make evidence-based decisions.

Our client list covers a wide spectrum and ranges from new start-ups to some of the biggest companies in the world and we are offering free advice to all who attend CC #14

This is a great opportunity to quiz the ampersand research team about how market research can help your organisation, inform your strategic decisions, and to get some top tips on how to carry out market research economically and the tools and techniques available for entrepreneurs and SMEs to conduct/ commission surveys.

Over the years we have worked with numerous businesses gather data and insight in order to grow their business and have experience of:

  • Developing and refining communications and marketing

  • Identifying new opportunities in the marketplace

  • Measuring reputation, awareness and consideration of your product or service

  • Testing and developing a new product or service

  • Measuring the satisfaction of customers and employees

  • Monitoring and measure the effect of advertising and marketing activities

There will also be a talk from Lyndsey James, the founder of Photo Boards - "Growing a global brand from home - The photo boards story" which should be fascinating!

The event is on Wednesday 26th September at Cafe Sobar in Nottingham, 5pm to 8pm
