‘Tis the season to be thankful

Mark and I have taken a moment to reflect over the past 12 months and would like to make a

toast to all those who have supported ampersand research over the past year.

A round of applause to our lovely clients!

Thank you for commissioning ampersand research to work with you on some truly amazing projects. We have measured, we have explored, we have given feedback on tactical objectives in less than 5 days of commissioning, we have presented large strategic pieces to audiences across the globe, we have tested new websites, evaluated new concepts, examined new products, assessed customer satisfaction and client relationships, appraised packaging, compared brand awareness, and investigated brand perceptions (to name but a few) - it never ceases to amaze us the breadth of projects we get to work on!

Thank you for agreeing to take part in our research projects, for turning up on time, for your considered, honest and enlightening answers. To all the mums who buy toys, to all the students hoping to be engineers, to all the small business owners, to all the big business owners, to all the grandmas who shop online, to all the noodle eaters in Manchester, to all the cake decorators in the South East to all the tilers in the Midlands, to those representing Europe, Asia, North America and Australasia (I will stop now) – you have been an absolute pleasure to interview!

As the backbone of the research sector your support allows us to provide the best research we can. A special shout out to the viewing studios!

We missed you! It was so good to return to face to face interviewing this year! Thank you for your exceptional high standards, attention to detail, and support during the transition back to in person research. We would also like to take this opportunity to say farewell to a couple of studios – Talk Back in Nottingham and Wyoming in Watford – your services over the years were gratefully appreciated and you will be dearly missed.
